The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The staff provided excellent assistance when my tour company failed to pick me up, resolving the issue quickly and even upgrading my room.

Breakfast for western tastes. Modern and huge rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and refrigerators. Marvellous location, a short walk to a miniature golf course...

Reasonably priced and neat hotel with professional and hard-working staff who carried out their duties in a very professional manner. Ideal and convenient location near bus station to suvarnabhumi airport, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plus, walking distance to Food Mart.

The location, close to Jomtien beach, offered great access to the area. There were some significant issues. The reception staff were indifferent, surprising compared to previous hotels. Loud groups checking in at odd hours disrupted my sleep. I had high hopes for the Superior Twin Room, but it fell short with no balcony and worn furnishings. Next time, I'll choose a different hotel to avoid these inconveniences.

It is in a good position for the beach. The swimming pool is not large but very pleasant with a jacuzzi. The room was not large but adequate but we did not like the access along an outside walkway. The maintenace was good - the shower and the door security latch were both found to be broken on arrival but were replaced within 30 minutes of them being reported.
The staff with a few exceptions were not eager to serve you. The general facilities are poor for instance the toilet serving the reception area lounge is outside. The breakfast was very poor indeed - the hot food was not hot and had been cooked and left standing for a long time.

I greatly appreciated the spacious room with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained grounds. The breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic selection of both Thai and international dishes, greatly satisfying my taste buds each morning.
Coffee hours could improve.

The environment is excellent. Pleasant rooms cater for the modern traveller with free room safe, big enough to hold a netbook, free wifi and plenty of wall sockets. Hotel staff are very attentive. The buffet breakfast is very good. The pool is not the biggest I've seen but good enough and in a beautiful setting. The hotel's location is fine for the beach (10 minutes walk) or catching a bus to nearby locations.
Although there are kitchenette facilites, no coffee or tea is provided. Neither are there cooking utensils, crockery or cutlery. If you need them, you have to purchase them from the hotel for 50 baht. There is roof sunbathing area, which is not publicised and which we didn't discover until we left.

I appreciated the well-maintained pool area and the convenience of nearby restaurants. Plus, we found a playground nearby, which the kids loved.
My kids wished the breakfast service started earlier.

The room was big and well air-conditioned, very comfortable for two adults and our child (in a baby cot), and the pool area was really nice.
The hotel staff were apathetic and the breakfast was pretty poor.

Excellent cleanliness and spacious room
I was really surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was . The beautiful double room was spacious, with both a king-size bed and a full-size bed. Although the location was perfect for us being just a short walk to the beach, I found the breakfast options a bit limited, primarily serving local dishes which might not cater to everyone's taste.

I think the Balinese design and layout of the hotel is good and cosy. We like it.
I think the staff service standard has lots to improve. They are (to me) very unfriendly and unhelpful.
